It is not necessary to have an individual hosting account for each domain that you have. Many people who have small content oriented websites targeting specific niche areas have multiple websites which they host in this method. There are no penalties associated by using add-on hosting accounts. However, for your main website, you will want to have a primary hosting account. A single account hosting one website often times costs only $5 or $6. This is money well spent, compared to trying to use a difficult free hosting account, which offers no support.
